All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
Damages and Refunds
Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are only considered for items that have been damaged during the shipping process. To be eligible for a potential refund, you must follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at lyonessholisticarts@gmail.com within 24 hours of the package delivery.
Provide Documentation: Your email must include clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the broken or damaged items.
Please Note: Requests made after the 24-hour delivery window or those without photographic evidence will not be eligible for a refund.
